Bag Watch is a browser extension that helps users track Solana asset holdings and display local bag value cards on supported websites such as x.com and twitter.com.

Data Stored Locally

Bag Watch stores the following data locally in the user’s browser using Chrome extension storage:

- Tokens.xyz API key provided by the user
- Tracked assets
- Holding amounts
- Entry prices
- Cached asset price data
- Extension settings

This data is used only to provide the extension’s core functionality, including calculating portfolio values, PnL, and showing asset value cards.

Website Content

Bag Watch reads visible post text on x.com and twitter.com locally in the browser to detect asset mentions such as SOL or BONK. This text is not sold, shared, or used for advertising.

Remote Data

Bag Watch fetches asset metadata and price data from the Tokens.xyz API. The extension does not execute remote code.

Data Sharing

Bag Watch does not sell, rent, transfer, or share user data with third parties. Data is used only for app functionality.

Data Retention

User data remains stored locally in the browser until the user removes it, clears extension storage, or uninstalls the extension.
